1. What is Ghost Tales Asia?

Ghost Tales Asia is a digital horror library that retells Asia’s most chilling legends, beginning in Malaysia. We produce eBooks and audiobooks crafted with cinematic sound and authentic local storytelling.

2. How will I receive my purchase?

All products are digital downloads. After checkout, you’ll receive an instant email with links to download your Audiobook (MP3) or eBook (PDF). No shipping is required.

3. Can I access my files on any device?

Yes. Audiobooks (MP3) can be played on any standard audio player or app. eBooks (PDF) can be opened on phones, tablets, or computers.

4. Do I need an internet connection to listen or read?

Only to download. Once the files are saved to your device, you can read or listen offline, anytime, anywhere.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via HitPay (FPX, Credit/Debit cards, GrabPay), Touch 'n Go and DuitNow QR.

6. Can I get a refund?

Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. Please check the product descriptions and previews carefully before purchase.

7. Is this Dolby/Atmos?

No. It’s a headphone-first binaural mix engineered for spatial immersion. It plays perfectly on any stereo headphones.

8. Do I need special earphones?

Any headphones/earbuds work; over-ears recommended.

9. Is the content suitable for children?

Our stories are designed for horror fans and may contain intense themes, suspense, and frightening imagery. We recommend them for ages 16 and above.

10. I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?

Sometimes the email may land in your Spam or Promotions folder. Please check there first.

If you still don’t see it, contact us at support@ghosttalesasia.com and we’ll resend your download link.

11. The download link doesn’t work.

Our system tracks download attempts. If the link has expired or reached its limit, contact us at support@ghosttalesasia.com and we’ll help refresh it for you.

12. Can I redownload if I lose my files later?

Yes. As long as you still have your order confirmation email, you can re-download your files anytime. If you lose access, just email us with your order number and we’ll restore your link.
